Received awesome service from your dealership! My Buick had the check engine light on. John Noble said that he had no appointments available for a few weeks. Thankfully he got me worked in so that I wouldn’t miss my vacation! So thankful John got me worked in! Kudos to John Noble!

JOHN NOBLE IS AWESOME

This was our third time that we have brought our Buick in for service, 2 of the 3 times including this last time, we were told that we did not have an appointment to have the car serviced. Each time we have made an appointment we have received an email & text conformation. It kind of leaves a bad feeling toward your service department. We paid our bill and our key was handed to us and we were told our car was out in the parking lot. It took us a while looking for our vehicle. Not the best service.

The individual who serviced my car gave me an estimated time in which the service would be completed and it was completed at such time. Also, he let me know that there were others ahead of me and that was the reason for the delay. No hidden agenda and he was very kind.

Vance GMC service is always top notch.

Easy to set up an appointment. The work performed was professional and good quality. I was kept up to date on progress by text message and my vehicle was returned to me in a reasonable time frame. Personnel were friendly and competent.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Air filter was dirty so had it changed too.

Front desk service is exceptional. It’s why I keep coming back. However, I am losing trust in the technicians. I’m on my third check engine light after a major $7k lifter repair. I return my vehicle. I’m told it is “fixed” then a few days later. The light pops on again. I’m losing confidence in the techs ability to properly care for my vehicle.

Got a car that had issues right off the lot ! Should have been covered since it was that way when we bought it! Not very good for a dealership to do that!

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Question after coming home found the MRSP price on Purchase did not match the window sticker or the internet published price. Staff was dressed neatly and clean, would have preferred more business casual. Paperwork given on closing was signed, paperwork submitted via e-mail was not current or signed.

Al Jackson was great from the first moment we talked with him. Our experience with Al and his Manager was exactly how someone purchasing a car would want! Highly recommend Al Jackson!
